Manhaj

Privacy policy

Last updated 19 August 2026

This policy explains what information Manhaj collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to students, tutors, and anyone else using the Manhaj platform.

Information we collect

How we use this information

We use it to run the core service: matching students with tutors who teach their course, managing bookings and scheduling, creating Zoom links for accepted sessions, processing payments, and reviewing tutor applications. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Manhaj, and only share what each one needs to do its job:

A tutor and student who book a session together can see each other's name and email so they can join their Zoom session - nothing beyond what's needed for that.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It's required for the platform to work and isn't used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing manhajcommunciations@gmail.com. Some information - like completed booking and payment records - may be retained where we're required to for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Children's privacy

Manhaj is built for university students and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
