By creating an account or booking a session on Manhaj, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Manhaj

Manhaj is for students and tutors connected to UAE University, Khalifa University, Higher Colleges of Technology, or Zayed University. Tutor accounts are reviewed and approved before a tutor can appear in student search results.

Bookings

A booking request isn't confirmed until the tutor accepts it. Once accepted, the student completes payment through Ziina to receive the session's Zoom link. All session times are shown in UAE time regardless of where either party is located.

Payments

Payments are processed by Ziina. Manhaj doesn't store your card details. Refund requests are reviewed case by case - email manhajcommunciations@gmail.com with your booking details.

Tutors

Tutors on Manhaj are independent - they aren't Manhaj employees. Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of the academic background and course list they submit during application.

Conduct

Be respectful, show up on time, and use the platform's booking and payment flow rather than arranging sessions off-platform. Accounts that misuse the platform may be suspended.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, contact your tutor or student directly, or reach out to manhajcommunciations@gmail.com for help.

Limitation of liability

Manhaj connects students and tutors but isn't a party to the tutoring relationship itself. We aren't liable for the quality of a tutoring session or for disputes between a student and tutor beyond what's covered by our booking and payment process.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
